Obviously, this feature is based on the site "Web Hot or Not." Since this is WebPagesThatSuck, we're going to look at web pages and web sites and I'll let you vote on the quality of the web design, usability, CSS, and other graphic design elements.
After you vote, the results will be displayed in the frame with the poll. Look at the bottom of the results and you can see how I voted. Also, underneath each poll is a section for comments.
I'll be adding new sites on a regular basis. Come back for more.
My vote is a quick "gut check" and based on my initial reaction to the page/site. It isn't based on my checklists because I would almost always be forced to click "1. Yes, like a black hole of death." That's boring and no fun.
To start the review process, click on any of the links (like Site 001), in the far left frame. A web site will appear in this frame and the poll ballot will appear in the frame to the left. Underneath will be a spot for comments.
It might be helpful if you read some of my other articles about web design before you start voting:
I'm quite proud of this article because the design is incredibly sloppy. As I like to tell people, "If I could program a site like 'Web Hot or Not,' do you think for one minute I'd be writing about bad web design?"
